With the coming of the 21st century, computer has more and more influence on human. Many fields of the society depend on the application of the computer increasingly. We meet the surprising net time when PC become more and more popular. The Internet has engulfed throughout the world in very short years. And it forms the upsurge that represents the time feature mostly. The development of the Internet brings opportunity and qualifications to our "two-course" teaching, and it brings the unprecedented challenge at the same time. The effect of the net culture is part of it.On the basis of our understanding for culture, we think that the net culture is a culture form which bear special content and expression means. The net activity is decided by information, net technology, and net resources. The net culture is that people have created the total of the material wealth and spiritual wealth through net activity. As a modern cultures, the net culture's implication is understood differently. It's totally different from the past cultures, no matter the content or the form. It's ficticious, freely openging, and in time. The net culture' s development is channging the traditional life style and values of the society. And it has brought the unprecedentedly deep change to the traditional education. So, I'd liks to give an insight to the "two-course" teaching under the net culture background. Trying to reveal the feature of the net culture, the effect for teaching, and the impact for "two-course" teaching, etc. Also, I'd like to make a new concept about "tow-course" teaching under the net culture background.The net culture is rapid, mutual and illustrative. It provides a plenty of information, resources and the most advanced intormation announcing tool for college students with its extraordinary computer resource. It not noly privides new culture spread and communication way, but also a brand new learning style. Meanwhile, it causes impact and challenge to "two-course" teaching. For example, it brings impact to external condition, internal resource, teaching content and system, status, and function of the "two-course" teaching. We must adapt and study the net culture phenomenon actively if we want to make the "two-course" teaching live and develop. Furthermore in order to meeting the challenge, we must study and utilize the relative technical means and adopt the corresponding measures. As teachers, we must apply the information technology and means, change our teaching concept, and establish the "two-course" concept under the net culture background. The "two-course" which is a developing, teaching and molding subject must continue making progress in teaching. That is required by the developing of itself and net culture. After doing that, we can adapt the demand of the net time education and quality education. That's a real problem, and theoretical problem. A problem that we must solve in the new history condition. The "two-course" teacher's quality must be improved in this history condition, and that's the inevitable demand of the time.
