Hui Community Business Culture School Education - Shen County, Shandong Hui Community Case Studies

Hui nationality community Chaocheng township in Shenxian , Shandong , is one of the centralized place of Hui people. The impact that the market economic and well-being policy had on the community greatly. Hui people have rapidly developed relying on the traditional economic, and the people's life condition and economical level have been improving increasingly over the decade years. However , the middle school education is still a provoking problem, that is, most of the middle school students in the Hui community have been dropping out of school . The education degree of community is lower on the average. The rapid economic development in the community has little effect on improving the low knowledge frame of the education . From the far sight, it will make the Hui community lag behind the development of modern information society. The paper is divided into five parts: chapter 1 is introduction , in which is discussed the origin , aim , research value and significance ; chapter 2 is the history evolution and current situation of Chaocheng Hui community of Shenxian , in which gives an account for the history evolution , current economic situation, the education history outline of the community, and education problems to be pointed out to solve; Chapter 3 is the view of the investigated . Make a summary by questionnaires, interviews and case studies. Chapter 4 is the view of the investigated , that is , the opinion of the writer . The writer is to explain in detailed and analysis on the problems applying for "cultural conflict theory ", and try to find out the reasons for low academic achievements and the high out -drop rate .
