Network is prevalent in education fields with the advantages of the information capacity,multiple presentation,widely shared and real time communication.Plenty of resources satisfy the needs of the schools' teaching , especially with the campus network connecting with the Internet. At present, the Subject-based learning web has well developed, it is widely used in the primary and high school. The article explores the innovative learning theory and studying strategies based on the analysis and research of the Subject-based learning web and the problem existing in the children' s English studying.There are four parts in this thesis:Part One:Presenting the concept of the learning potential. This part points out the possibility of the learning potential's excavating through the presentation of the potential and the analysis of the children's psychology. Part two:Analyzing the theory foundation of the excavation of the children's learning potential.It points out the possibility of the learning potential's excavating,the best period and the specific methods through the theory of ZPD, Critical Period,Constructivism and Situated Cognition.Part three:According to the front two parts,pointing out the curriculum design of the excavation of the children's English learning potential based on the Subject learning web.Through the investigation of the status of children's English learning and the characteristic of the English language,the thesis points out the frame of the English Subject-based learning web supporting the children's English learning.And it puts forward the precise methods of the construction from the knowledge,resource and the collaboration environment.Part four:Presenting eight strategies for the children's English learning.It analyses from the teacher's teaching,the students' learning and the media' desigh three parts to direct the practice English teaching and learning. Part five:Presenting the instruction design case—《Happy Family》based on the Subject learning web.
