With the growing popularity of informatization education, Resourcesconstruction plays an important role in the process of education informationization.However, after the years of education information resources construction’s sustainedboom, some difficult problems have emerged and amplified gradually, appearing infront of us. Though most resource builders pay attention to the overall number of richresources, they often ignore user’s individual needs and the construction ofknowledge. A number of education resources are books transfer and materialaccumulation, all of these are far from meeting the practice needs of the newcurriculum reform. In addition, the resources are not enough for students to use,which lose practical value. For a specific user, the best resources are timely,appropriate to need and adequate resources!Taking the region (such as the City, District and County ) as a unit and thephysics as an example, the paper analyses the situation of the basic educationresources’construction and utilization, and the influence factors, which gets theexisting problems and reasons in the regional education resources construction andutilization. According to the theme, modular, inquiry-oriented ideas, the paper putsforward a method that around a specific theme for resource construction to enhanceresources quality, which makes the resources have the significance of subject-specific,self-sufficient, practical use and ease of use. On this basis, the paper raises aneffective strategy for building regional physics theme resources, thereby improvingthe regional quality of teaching, to achieve the balanced development of the regionalcharacteristics of education.In this paper, the main research methods are interviews, observation, literatureand theoretical research. The full text is divided into five parts: The first chapter is theintroduction. It describes the research background of the project, summarizes theresearch status and the achievements related to current teaching resourcesconstruction from domestic and abroad, discusses the realistic significance of thestudy, and introduces the research contents, research methods and ideas. The secondchapter is an overview of the disciplines theme resources development and regionalresources building, describes the relevant concepts, analyzes the characteristics of the theme and regional resources, and provides a theoretical basis for the regional physicstheme resources construction by the collection of related theory. The third chapter isthe interpretation of the new curriculum of Junior high school physics teaching ideas,analyzes the structure of physics comprehensively and in detail. Based on thetheoretical basis of the previous chapter, it raises the knowledge structure of physics,and illustrates the main building processes and thematic framework of junior highschool physics resources. On the basis of physics resources construction resourcesthematic framework, the forth chapter raises a regional junior high school physicstheme resources construction strategy. It pays attention to practical and effectiveresource construction, optimizes the combination of subject knowledge, forms theknowledge module, builds a systematic, thematic resources framework, builds theadaptability of learning resources, and improves the accuracy and depth of educationresources, exploits the innovative and sustainable development of resources fully. Thelast part is the conclusion of this paper. In a later study, I hope put research intopractice, and promote the comprehensive progress of the construction of the regionalcharacteristics of resources, to contribute to the resources in a reasonable andeffective construction.
