This article analyzed the status of environmental education in foreign countries and China and the causes that environmental education of China was not ideal. Pointed out that single osmotic model of environmental education couldn't accomplish the objects. Presented the model of environmental education that fit in with the status of our country on the foundation, this kind of teaching model is called combining the osmotic model and a special theme teaching. The object is accomplishing the goal of environmental education and basic quality education on the foundation of osmotic model of environmental education by enhancing a special theme teaching and active, exploratory and synergetic learning method. By quantities of theoretic ant practical research explored the necessity, theoretic basis, teaching object, teaching principle and learning methods of the model that accomplish environmental education in junior biological teaching by combining the osmotic model and a special theme teaching. The teaching experiments has proved that putting the teaching model in force enhanced the environmental consciousness of students, changed the environmental action of students, optimized the structure of a curriculum, changed the learning method;Aroused the activity of students, enhanced synergetic and exploratory consciousness of students by group study and exploratory activity, synthetic quality of students gained enhancement.
