The standard of biology curriculum for ordinary senior high school(2017 edition)clearly puts forward the idea of "taking cultivating students' core quality of biology as the core",which conforms to the needs of students' lifelong development.Biological model thinking ability is one of the necessary abilities for people to discuss and explain the phenomena and laws of life,examine or demonstrate biological and social problems,and it belongs to the category of scientific thinking in the core accomplishment of biological discipline.The new biology curriculum emphasizes "model" many times,and shows relevant cases in "implementation and Suggestions".However,there are few researches on how to cultivate students' model thinking ability.The measurement and evaluation of students' model thinking ability are subjective and arbitrary.What is the model thinking ability? "How to improve students' model thinking ability effectively? " From which dimensions can students' model thinking ability be measured scientifically and effectively? The results are as follows:1.By referring to relevant literatures at home and abroad,the concept of biological model thinking is defined.Under theguidance of the "learning process" theory,the framework of biological model thinking ability and its "two-dimensional" development model are constructed to clarify the knowledge basis and behavior performance of students with different levels of biological model thinking ability.2?This paper discusses the connotation,characteristics and theoretical basis of task-driven teaching method,and provides a theoretical basis for using task-driven teaching method to cultivate students' model thinking ability.This paper constructs the teaching link of task-driven teaching method to cultivate the thinking ability of biological model and clarifies the key points of using task-driven teaching method.3?This paper compares the biological model of task-driven teaching method with traditional teaching method,observes and records it,and analyzes the advantages and matters needing attention of task-driven teaching method with specific cases.4?Two classes were tested by using the scale of "students' understanding of the essence of model" and "basic test of model" after action research,and the promotion effect of task-driven teaching method on students' model essence and model thinkingability development was analyzed from different dimensions.The results show that task-driven teaching method can deepen students' understanding of the nature of scientific models and promote the development of students' thinking ability of biological models.Based on this study,the test tools can be further optimized,and a follow-up study on how to use other teaching methods to cultivate students' biological model thinking ability can be carried out.
