Innovation of educational management is that educational management is responded to social and management theory itself. Innovation educational management plays an important in development of social and educational management. Innovation educational management is a complex system comprising a lot of factors. Idea of educational management is the most factors that are philosophic basis and value---- knowledge and assume about human nature. Because management purpose is human, and relationship in management is among human. The thesis attempts to research problem of innovation of educational management, re-structuring relationship among educational management from philosophic perspective.The thesis divides into five parts altogether:Part one: studying basis theory about Innovation of educational management.
