The Development Of Community Building In Zhengzhou City Study

The building-up of the urban community is regarded as the important component of urban basic-level work of new period. The proposition of the community-building concept has a history of more than ten years, but really launched in recent years. The organization of residents committee of the urban community, severing as the bridge and tie for the Party and government to come into contact with the broad masses of the residents, is the foundation that the Party and government work in the city. It bears a task of propagating the routes, guidelines, policies of the party, propagating state laws and regulations, handling resident's public affairs and public welfare, safeguarding citizen's legitimate rights and interests and developing the diversified forms of socialist spiritual civilization. The development of the building-up of the urban community in Zhengzhou undergoes more than four years, and has been done many helpful explorations in terms of the infrastructure and technology-oriented construction and the autonomy of the community, and it has already begun to take shape.
