Research Of NGO’s Intervention In The Urban Community Building Mode

Chinese urban community construction is carried out in the context of international globalization process combined effect of these two forces of the times and the reform and opening up of the domestic. Since clearly put forward the concept of "community building" till now, Chinese urban community building has undergone a series of exploration reforms, basically formed a theoretical model of the economic, political, cultural, three resources to support community building and more rapid development and fruitful results achieved in practice. Community building in their evolving candidate exposed the situation of the various contradictions:Such as lack of predictability problems in the process of community building response mode, lack of appeal in the powers of the national government and community autonomy poor convergence, community building process. These contradictions requires us to look at our urban community building with a new perspective and new ideas, innovation and community building management system and operation mode, advance with the times.The author in the text select Nanjing X street C community for the specific object of China’s urban community building, after analyzing the current situation of the community building, features, and the plight, the author in the text believe that the intervention of NGO in the building of urban communities is a good entry point for studying and resolving issues. At the same time, I pointed out that in the current China’s urban community building should remain a government-led pole.This paper is divided into three parts:Part I:The background of this paper, ideas, methods, research framework and literature review. Community building and NGO development background, I do the ideas and methods of the wording simple a description lists the basic framework of understanding of urban communities and community. The literature review clearly more important concept, and through the innovation of this paper pointed out the existing literature evaluation.Part II:This part introduces the basic situation of the X street C community in Nanjing, its internal community building, community-building phase, features and challenges facing the involvement of NGO’s below pave the way.Part III:Above Nanjing X street C community’s specific analysis, leads to the NGOs as to intervene in China’s urban community building a good entry point, in the stage of development as well as the difficulties faced by the NGO involved in the building of urban communities to do a plain need for and feasibility assessment, combined with their own feelings and findings of the same time I put forward some countermeasures idea.
