This paper is about chemistry class instruction design. With the instruction of constructivism theory, we enforce chemistry class instruction design, and result analysis.First, reviewed the main ideas of traditional chemistry class instruction design, considered it exist 5 limitations, and "pay more attention to knowledge in text and teaching","less to self-determination, development and creativity". Aim at the 5 problems, after research the primary opinions, study view, knowledge view, student view and assess view, knowledge view, student view and assess view of constructivism theory systemic comparatively, presented "student as the center" and "advocating self finding mode" are the primary predominance.Therefore, in order to improve self-study, used a teaching method----Scaffolding Instruction and instruction strategies, the experiment is put into practice, used questionnaire to show the result of the experiment. The result show that they have more advantages on the following aspects: in favor of bring out student's activities in studying, initiate student's interesting, offering more time and space for students' cooperation, expression and communication. At the same time, they have some shortcoming, such as taking more time,needing more conditions for the teachers and schools.At last, valued the upside two designs from the view of macrocosm, directed out the relationships between them is developing the useful and discard the useless.This paper is just the chemistry theory research, we still wait for more embedded opinions.
