Since the last decade of 20th century, constructivism aroused a large educational reform in the world. The knowledge, study and instruction thoughts it brings forward are a violent strike to the traditional education. Constructivism believes that knowledge is constructive, situated and social. It emphasizes on the self-control collaborative study based on the problem. Problem-based learning is a new learning model. It makes the students feel the context of problem and share the culture of the community. The education in the information ages should bring the information attainment and information ability into the object. And it should look for the method of integrating information technology into curriculum. The learning website is born in this study background. In this article I will use constructivism in the design of the learning website. It will be a new study of integrating information technology into curriculum. The article discusses the basic theory of constructivism and problem-based learning, prescribes the PBL learning website, and analyzes the significance and status about the study. Then I design the PBL learning website. I believe the object of PBL learning website as building the practice circumstances, and make the instruction design and system design of website.
