Based on the relevant research results at home and abroad,combined with the more than 10 years of classroom teaching practice,this paper aims at how to conduct problem-based learning in high school mathematics classroom teaching.Starting from the present situation of high school mathematics classroom teaching,this research has made a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the connotation of problem-based learning,its features,its theoretical basis,and its value.It also presents the concept of "trinity" of problem-based learning via case study,offers how to design the problem-based learning in mathematics class teaching both for a single class period and for a whole chapter,and analyzes the benefits and problems in the classroom teaching practice with concrete cases providedGenerally speaking,the main features and conclusions of the thesis are as follows(1)it has offered a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the connotation,nature,significance,as well as the mechanism of the problem-based learning(2)through interviews and questionnaires,the current situation of teachers' teaching and students' learning in high school mathematics teaching is analyzed.(3)on the basis of theoretical research,the research,with cases provided,puts forward strategies of designing problems in the problem-based learning process,and the main conclusions are drawn as follows:problem learning is beneficial to promote the effective study of students,the core competence of students' development,the professional growth of teachers,and the overall efficiency of the school running as well.
