Some researchers suggested that learners which holding different aspects of learning style are the success ones. The ideas of constructing dimensions of students' learning style have also been proposed by the educationists. But the experimental researches in this field are very few. This paper aims at researching of many aspects of learning styles for the Technology high school students in the computer course education under the environment of multimedia education.Selecting the Technology high school students as the subjects, based on the theory of Kolb's learning style, using revised Kolb's 'Studying Style Questionnaire', this paper investigated characters of learning style for the Technology high school students, and attempt to introduce the concept of 'Many aspects of learning styles' into multimedia computer teaching. Adopting different teaching methods to motivate student's learning styles: (1) using the different ways of induction and deduction alternately, inputting information in many ways, and helping the students to study in different stage; (2) offering different teaching activity, setting different learning environment, encouraging the students studying in different stages; (3) switching different learning style, shifting student perspectives; (4) Introducing the concept of learning style, helping the students to construct learning style by themselves, and encouraging them the many ways of learning style consciously. (5) Processing cooperation study in-group, feeling the others the different ways of learning style, attempting to use different learning style to enforcing diversity of style. An experiment was designed in this paper for the research of education effect of flexibility of activating students learning style in the course.This study selects 146 professional high school students as subjects, 72 students in control group, and another 74 students in comparison one. In control group the students' teaching teachers who motivate students to adopt the target earning style elicited style, but in comparison group the student's learning style was not regarded, in this way we investigated the experimental effect of activating student leaning style diversity. After the experiment I acquire the student in experimental class the learning style again, and interview the students to known the change in using four basic learning styles before and after experiment. The conclusions were as follow:1.The relation between CE,RO,AC and computer grade is not significant. AE is right relationwith computer grade. Comparing with other three styles, AE can forecast computer grade evidently.2.The teaching effect of stimulating student learning style flexibility is evident in computer teaching under the environment of multimedia teaching. Student grade of computer course was improved wholly. The student of different style type all can achieve success in computer course learning.3.Through the teaching of stimulating student learning style flexibility, the frequency of applying four kinds of basic style is not same as before for student affronting learning task. But the learning style was not changed evidently. The obvious changes of distribution for learning style dimension show that the cases of student using preferred learning style for learning is decreased, but the cases of not using preferred learning style is increased.
