Objective : The impact on immune function of psychological stress is complicated, organism often produces different immunity replies according to the kinds of psychological stress source , the difference of psychological stress source. Such as amazing intensity,duration,individual difference that be examined,etc.Under the psychological stress state, the unusual change of the central nervous system,endocrine nervous system is a main intermediary to influence organism's immune function. Body exercises as one effective psychological intervene means, it can lower psychological stress react through multiple channel. But this research report is less in domestic and international. This research attempts to adopt immunology,neural endocrinology means, by inferior measuring of ACTH and T-lymphocyte subets, to probe into possible immunology mechanisms of moderate exercise to the psychological stress.Method : 56 big health male SD mice(purchase in animal's research center of the Yangzhou university ), divided into 7 groups at random, one group as the control, one got footshock by electricity, one received acute psychological stress only, one received chronic psychological stress only, one received 60min forced swimming, one received forced swimming training for 10 weeks and once psychological stress at the end of the training, one received forced swimming training for lOweeks and chronic psychological stress for 3 weeks in the later stage training,and the training last 60min. After the experiment, fetch the blood from big mouse's abdominal cavity's aorta, it is used for determining ACTH and inferior content of group of T-lymphocyte subsets. Result:(1)Compared with the control group, after 60min 10 week swim, the big mouse's serum ACTH content rises notably; CD4~+, CD3~+of blood have no remarkable chang, but have the tendency to rise; CD8~+ have no notable influence, there are downward trends. (2)Compared with the control group, old mouseACTH content of serum of psychological stress group is higher than the control group, CD3,CD4~+ have downward trend, there is no remarkable difference; there is no notable.influence on CD8~+ (3)Compared with acute psychological stress group, 60min swim sport + acute psychological stress big mouse, ACTH content of serum is lower than acute psychological stress group notably; 60min swimming + acute psychological stress big mouse group compare with 60min swim sport + chronic psychological stress group old mouse serum ACTH content have the tendency to rise, but the difference is not remarkable.Conclusion: Regard looking at electrical footshock of psychological stress group big mice as the psychological stress source, through the psychological stress emerging in vision , sense of hearing , sense of smell cause big mouse's stronger psychology reaction. Make the disorder of endocrine function and the big mouse's organism suppressed of immune function . Under the psychological stress state, 60min swimming are very obvious to protect the organism, and the chronic psychological stress do more harm to the organism function than the acute psychological stress...
