This research selects by body self-esteem and living satisfaction as the target that closely-related with mental health, choose the immunity globulin and T-lymphocyte Subset as the target of nerve endocrine and immunities at the same time, take the influence between different exercise intensity to the female college student's body self-esteem relation, living satisfaction and Psychoneuroimmunity, study the relationship of different exercise intensity for the mental health. According to the research result of past, the exercise and body self-esteem, living satisfaction not the relationship of one by one, and the idea of ego is multidimensional, therefore, this research emphasizes to investigate: (1) Exercise would improve the relationship of the body self-esteem, general self-esteem and living satisfaction; (2) The effect of the different intensity upon the body self-esteem is different, then affecting the result of the general self-esteem and living satisfaction; (3) The influence of the different intensity upon the function of Psychoneuroimmunity. Take the aerobics exercise as independent variable, and the body self-esteem, general self-esteem, living satisfaction, immunity ability as independent variable, study the effect of mental and physiology on the different intensity of exercise.Study carry on by experimenting, request the object have no similar experience of exercise before, at the front of the exercise and after exercise, PSPP, Self esteem Scale and General Life Satisfaction is tried to fill, still need to adopt the blood to carry on the examination at the same time. Take the Exercise-induced Feeling Inventory (EFI) investigate the exercise motion. During the process fore, in, after three periods, take the moderate intensity and litter intensity's aerobics exercise practice as intervention means, chose the female freshman who are be placed in the philosophy of life, the value first step formation and to pay higher attention to ego. In consideration of the special physiology function of university student is not easy to be subjected to the benefit in the activity of exercise of small intensity, therefore, study are carry on at the same time, among them, the heart rate of moderate intensity is:150 times/ min < HR<170 times/ min, the heart rate of small intensity is:110 times/ min < HR<130 times/ min. 33 object (averagel9.45±0.94years) have been divided moderate intensity 12, small intensity 12 and contrast 9, for 10 weeks after school exercise. There are not difference on the method of exercise, is all to be guided by the specialized student, the instructor are three grade students whom major in aerobic exercise ofphysical education. Result:(l) There are distinct difference on body self-esteem, general self-esteem, living satisfaction after exercise; the group of litter intensity and contrast have not distinct difference. (2) After exercise, the IgG, IgM of litter intensity is up, the variety of IgA is not obvious. TCD4+ go up, CD8+ descend, TCD4+/ CD8+ the specific value go up, explaining that the exercise causes the immunity to promote.Total up. There are distinct difference on the mental health and the immunity function after experiment on moderate intensity object. It explain that the exercise of moderate intensity can promote the health of mind and body of female university student's.
