Making students learn to learn is not only a primary aim of Chinese Curriculum Reform of Basic Education of new century, but also a mission of education endowed by epoch. Learning self-regulation is a foundation and core of learning to learn, so how to cultivate students' learning self-regulation ability becomes the important problem demanding prompt solution in teaching practices.The thesis, learning about the current situation of senior high school students' learning self-regulation by three investigation methods, and combining with modern theories of learning and teaching and my teaching experiences, tries to set up a series of cultivating strategy of students' self-regulation ability in chemistry learning, which is effective and easy to be practically implemented, whereby to improve students' learning ability. Meanwhile, elevates teachers' teaching level and brings the development in the teacher's specialization.The thesis consists of preface, four parts, problem and prospect.The preface puts forward the subject and explains its meanings, and then gives the main research method used.Part one, firstly, defines some main and essential concepts about students' learning self-regulation ability. Secondly, discusses its characteristics of performances, general development, and main influential factors. Finally, demonstrates the theoretical basis of the cultivation of students' learning self-regulation ability and its principles.Part two, investigates and analyzes the current situation about senior high school students' self-regulation ability in chemistry learning.Part three is the core of the thesis. Firstly, discusses the primary processes of cultivation of learning self-regulation ability. Secondly, designs the cultivating strategy of self-regulation ability in chemistry learning. Such as general strategy, writing the reflective diary of chemistry learning.Part four, discusses the project of chemistry class teaching and inquiry-based learning in the cultivation of learning self-regulation ability and their cases.The part of problem and prospect analyzes main questions in the cultivation of learning self-regulation ability and what I shall study about it.
