| Based on the review of research abroad and at home about nonintellectual factors, instructed by the psychology and the theory of chemistry teaching, this paper first discussed how the teacher motivates students' motivation and interest of chemistry learning, by creating a safe and confidential atmosphere of study and arranging an elaborative teaching process.Then combined with the psychology education and the idea of learning strategy and self-regulated learning, the paper discussed how to develop the students' nonintellectual factors, by some special method. And the author put this part of theory study into practice by doing the experiment in the affiliated middle school of Soochow University to test if it's reasonable and feasible.The result of the study showed:(l)Making full use of the character of chemistry can motivate students' interest and motivation of chemistry learning directly.(2)Understanding students' feeling and treating them openly can motivate students' interest and motivation of chemistry learning indirectly.(3)Creating chances for students to be successful is the best way to motivate students' interest and motivation of study.(4)Giving guidance of psychology in study can help students improve warness of their nonintellectual factors and the ability of self-regulating them.(5)It takes long time to develop students' nonintellectual factors, which should be strengthened constantly. |
