The article takes the English teaching situation of ordinary junior middle school in Jinahou, Dalian as the background, employing pedagogy statistical theory as a method, according to full-time compulsory education English course standard, basing on the results of English class-test, completely following the changeable situation which happened within the teaching cycled of three years in Jinzhou, making a qualitative and quantitative analysis, giving a objective description of the English teaching situation in Jinzhou, analyzing the differences between the town and the countryside in English teaching, discovering the main problems that the English teaching faced, analyzing the causes of its production and existence, drawing a basic conclusion about English teaching in the countryside, making suggestions for revision: First, allotting the resources of English teaching in the countryside reasonably. Second, enhancing the basic quality of the teachers in the countryside. Third, trying to overcome the wasting phenomenon in English teaching resources in the countryside. Forth, collocating the English teaching course in the countryside and the languages environment reasonably.
