The employee attitude training is one of the three inner parts of the employee training. Along with the position of training promoted continuously in the enterprise HRD, Many enterprises spend a lot of manpower, financial power and material resources in order to build and perfect training system as soon as possible. However, to our regret, the employees' job performance does not improve as remarkably as anticipation, while job-hopping number of employees is still increasing. The implementary effect of training is upset.Through the actual inquisition toward part of business enterprises in Peking City, the humble author discovered that the enterprises don't pay more attention to employee attitude training and the method of attitude training is not scientific enough. This affected the training result to some extent. As a result, it becomes an important task for enterprise supervisors and trainers to do the employee attitude training well and farther improve the effect of it.Aiming at the special of the attitude training, the paper expatiates the issue of how to improve the effect of employee attitude training from the three angles, including the application of attitude theory, specific techniques and interrelated factors about attitude training. The date is collected mainly by a joint method of questionnaire, reference research, web investigation and interview. The paper has a research on training by applying the psychology theory of attitude transfer.As far as the humble author is concerned, foundation in actual inquisition, combined with the attitude theories, the articles studying the employee attitude training systematically from the three angles mentioned above are still rarely seen in the domestic research domain. So this paper can be considered as a helpful exploration, and the author wishes it could function as a reference to those enterprises which are ready to constitute or are implementing the attitude training.
