How to carry out the railway staff training, improve staff s theory quality, especially the practice operation ability, already became an important factors in the development of railway enterprises. Do a good job in training needs of staff on the basis of investigation and research, training target, build up a set of perfect system of staff training, to Promoting Railway Rapid and steady development of the enterprise has the important theory significance and the practice value.Based on the performance consulting model of employee training needs analysis, through the questionnaire method, we need to understand the purpose of training that the railway employees wish to get, and find the practical problems in the training. Using the method of case analysis, do a specific research about the presence of effective training and ineffective training in the Railway Training System. Through the experimental method, attempt a new teaching system and training mode base in existing Training class of Beijing Railway Bureau, in order to verify its applicability.The thesis draws the conclusion: The railway employee training system needs to be established on the basis of the demand analysis, summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing system. Then in view of the question, improve training system through perfecting supporting system, organization system, curriculum system and teaching system. Then verify its validity through experiments, constantly optimize and improve, eventually form the perfect system of staff training.
