Wushu is a kind of sport, but it is more a kind of culture, this is the biggest distinguish between wushu and other sport, and it also is whereabouts of wushu's charm. In the course of develop to competitive one partly of Chinese wushu, the competitive wushu that is out of traditional wuhsu is departuring the culture property of wushu, and the cultural crisis of the competitive wushu is becoming visible. The competitive wushu, as the emissary of Chinese wushu culture even Chinese culture, it's development healthily not only is the demand of Chinese wushu's development, but also is the demand of Chinese culture's development. At present, the culture crisis of the competitive wushu has already been displayed in the core layer of the competitive wushu, so, analyze the cause of this crisis and according those causes advance the countermeasures for the competitive wushu to develop healthily is the problem that cry for settled, and the settlement of this problem will accelerate the healthy development of Chinese competitive wushu and the healthy development of Chinese wushu and will accelerate the transmission of Chinese culture.At present, the studies about culture of Chinese competitive wushu are mostly focus on the out layer and the middle-level layer, and those studies mostly from a certain angle and lacks the holistic and systemic studies for the culture of Chinese competitive wushu. Therefore, this study adopts literature method and questionnaire investigation method, Delphi method, compare study method, mathematical statistical method and logic induction etc. research technique, defined the culture crisis of Chinese competitive wushu, and carried out investigation to present situation of the culture of Chinese competitive wushu's development, and analyzed the causes of the cultural crisis of competitive wushu, and on this foundation, put forward the countermeasures of the healthy development of Chinese competitive wushu in order to offer certain help on theory and method for concerning department to manage and guide the development of Chinese competitive wushu scientifically. Through investigation and analysis, this article draws these conclusions and suggestions:1. The cultural crisis of Chinese competitive wushu denote that an abnormal state that Chinese competitive wushu is in, in this state, Chinese competitive wushu didn't develop well and was far away from it's cultural property. The cultural crisis of the competitive wushu has four main characters, such as two-sided effects, the limitedness of time, the minatority and the uncertainty. It indicated that the cultural crisis of the competitive wushu has the character of many entity.2. Perfectly clear culture need analyze the carrier of culture roundly. Through analyzing the sport characteristics (out layer) of Chinese competitive wushu we found that in the course of the development of Chinese competitive wushu, the competitiveness of the series movement declined on some degree, and the character of view and admire of the series increased while the facets that full of culture were ignored, at present, Chinese competitive wushu still need intensify the consciousness that temper inside and outside.3. Through analyzing the concealed traditional parts of Chinese competitive wushu (middle-level layer), we found that on the new position, we didn't attach enough importance to wushu moral education and the effect of wushu moral education wasn't good. The development of Shanda's tactics is gaining momentum, but still need advancement, the competitive series need work harder on dredging and succeeding the traditional wushu, the rule has affected the development of tactics of competitive series on a certain degree. And comparing to the needs of wushu medicine, the things that Chinese competitive wushu had been dredged and succeeded from traditional wushu culture is not enough, on this facet, Chinese competitive wushu had a great way to go.4. Through analyzing the rule system (internal layer) of Chinese competitive wushu, we found that handiness and objectivity are the keys of rule problem.5. Through analyzing social functions (the core layer) of Chinese competitive wushu, we found that the changes had emerged on every facet of social functions of competitive wushu, it means that the culture crisis of competitive wushu has already been touched the core layer of the competitive wushu, and it indicated the minatority of the culture crisis of the competitive...
