With the development of times and progress of society, at present technological literacy has become at present the fundamental literacy that people certainly have to possess. During a new round of basic education course reform of our country, the cultivation and improving of technological literacy is the main goal of technology education in the school. Based on the situation, this dissertation is focused on ordinary high school student's technological literacy from the perspectives of theory construction, present situation investigation and research of education countermeasure . The thesis includes three chapters. The first chaper, through theory dimension, constructs technological literacy and its composition, establishes the content and methods in test and assessment, and expounds the significance of technological literacy. The second chapter from the view of practice, investigates the state of high school student's technological literacy by using methods of questionnaire , situation testing and interview in order to announce the questions in high school student's technological literacy, and the reasons are analyzed followed. The third chapter, on the foundation of the theory construction and the practice investigation, proposes the pertinent education countermeasure, including "establishing foundation, offering carrier, raising teaching validity, perfecting security system, putting up multi-platform ".
