Along with the development of society, the research concerning personality and education is valued more and more by people. Many nation's education centers have shifted from original "knowledge education", "intelligence development" to "personality education", but from every angle, our country's teenager personality development and personality education can't still adapt to the demands of the ages.This essay deals with the concept, characteristics, value , target mission and contents of personality education by studying its history and it also probes its method, principle so that teenager educators can learn a lot to correctly recognize and carry out the study of personality education.This essay is divided into two parts.
