The survival of mankind in order to adapt to the environment, improve constantly in pursuit of personality, the healthy development of personality is the ultimate development of human pursuit. To obtain a sound personality is the best form of personal development, all development than in the human. The pupils into the school self awareness, self cognition and evaluation of a certain moral concept, also from the direct transition to abstract nature, childhood is the critical period of personality formation and training. Therefore, students sound personality education become we must attach importance to and study the problem of. In this paper, through the text research, questionnaire survey, data investigation, theory, demonstration analysis method, with the help of Carl Jung’s theory of personality of the enlightenment, explore students sound personality structure, personality problems of our primary school students, with the help of Carl Jung’s theory of personality to analyze the causes and put forward some constructive countermeasures.
