This text probe into the issue on the mathematics teacher role's change among mathematics course reform, the full text is divided into four parts altogether. First part: Production background and proposition of the question of mathematics teacher's role. The reform of Mathematics course put forward new request to mathematics teachers, traditional roles of teacher are challenged. The article have described the issue from the challenge on the educational idea, the challenge of teaching habit, the challenge of the new teaching scene, the challenge that knowledge stored and challenge of the information technology. Second part: The mathematics teacher role's transition. This text attempts to explain the transition of teacher role from angle of the teacher-student relationship: the transition from spread of knowledge person to the organizer of the teaching activity and the promoter of study; explain the transition of teacher role in terms of course movement: The transition from the executor of course into building the constructor of course; explain transition of teacher role from angle of teacher oneself. The teacher wants to become the learner's and the researcher.The third part:Experimental research. How can mathematics teachers change their roles in teaching.The fourth part: some thinks. . The article explains how the teachers realize one's own role transition among teaching from mathematics respect of teaching mathematics, and some thinking to the present new teaching material teaching method.
