The teacher individual's professional development is a long course, but the one that really exerted a great influence on its development is some key periods, critical events and key personages in its career. The new round of curriculum reform begun in 2001 undoubtedly becomes a key period for teacher's professional development. A great deal of new educational ideas, curriculum concepts, teaching methods put forward in the curriculum reform , have offered " the growing point" for the teacher's professional development.This research regarded the new round of curriculum reform as the background, regarded Q middle school implementing the new curriculum as the scene of study, drew lessons from Huberman's teacher's career cycle theory (1993 ), combined the actual conditions of teaching staff of Q middle school, chose three teachers who were separately in the experiment - change stage, in mature period, in initial stage as study cases. In the research the author mainly used interview method, narrated each teacher's changing, growing up under the impact of the new curriculum reform in the form of telling stories, then discovered different themes, content and characteristic of three teachers' professional development. Finally the author carried on a contrast to three cases, put forward some questions which people should pay attention to in teacher's professional development.
