Moral Education In Mass Higher Education

Our country has been entering the era of popularized higher education. In the era of popularized higher education, because of the decline of the quality of college students' origin, the enlarge of the proportion of students and teachers, the change of way education manage, the socialization of the growing environment and more burden of finding jobs, college student's thinking has changed a lot, in which there exists some characteristics, such as the complexity of their moral level, the increase of their individual sense and the reduction of their psychological quality and so on. These aspects above really bring new challenge of ethical education in college and university.To meet the demand of popularity of higher education, fighting the challenge that has been brought by popularized higher education, carrying out moral culture of college and university, we should overcome of the disadvantage of traditional moral education, fresh up moral idea. Instead, we'd better stick to the moral ideas which demonstrates student serve as essence, developing fully the individuality of the students, taking care of student's life and combination of the development of serving people and society. With the guide of the theory above, and link to the reality of college and university, we should aim for bring up qualified citizens with modern ideal moral and constructing scientific and reasonable moral system to satisfy students 'life and demand. We may strengthen and improve the moral culture through the means of the combination of learning and practice education, ethical and psychology education, outer guide and self-education, ethical control and legal control, etc.
