Teenagers are the future builders and successors for characteristic socialism in our country. At present, there are about 0.367 billion teenagers under the age 18, which covers 28% of the total population in China. The ethical conditions of the teenagers directly relate to the total quality, the future and the destiny of the Chinese nation, so the CPC pay more attention consistently to their ethical education. It is urgent requirement for the socialist material civilization, political civilization and spirit civilization to strengthen powerfully their ethical education, to promote harmonious and sustainable development of the economy and society, to make the people settle in peace, work happily and have happy families, to insist on people-orientation and to promote the all-round development of the people.But our current work of moral education is not so ideal, confronted with its difficult position out of place, out of way and incapability. The thesis analyzes the reasons from four aspects in moral education ideas, content, patterns and appraising system. The thesis brings forward the way out from the upper four aspects: moral education ideas, content, patterns and appraising system.Firstly, in order to realize ultimate moral education purpose, we must establish the idea of people-oriented moral education , return to the students' living world, concern for the students' innermost feelings conflict, take seriously to their guide, place importance on their rational moral requirement, help them seek moral value in life, guide them to pursue happy life .Secondly, we should change school moral education content, interpose moral education content paying more attention to life, and, sharpen the basic ethical education. First, basic ethical education on life is to make students pay attention and take care of their own lives ,others and other life existence that human beings rely on in natural environment; to offer death education course in order to change the students' life consciousness , foster students' loving life heartily , hold life in awe and veneration , cherish life , improve life value; Second, to enforce the basic ethical education with social public morality as the content, to strengthen their honesty and trust consciousness and responsibility consciousness, so that we can realize the aim on a man as himself.Thirdly, we should transform the way of teacher-student participation and transform the teacher-student relationships, so as to construct one kind of equal interactive moral education pattern with the teacher working by "the love", while the student experiencing on initiative, to make the moral education more authentic and acceptable, to stimulate the students to study the moral education actively and initiatively.Finally, we should build many dimensional moral appraise systems such as dynamic and static estimates ,relative and absolute estimates, knowledge and practicality estimates , diagnose ,forming and final estimates ,and to push forward work on school moral education and attain school moral education's objectives.
