Human race is now entering an era of dialogue, which is gradually becoming our state of living and effective strategy. Adapted to social development, teaching which is main ways of education must be by means of dialogue. Since 20th century, the students have lost interest in Chinese studying, because they feel depressed by the way of indoctrinate .The subject of Chinese is exhilarating one and Chinese teaching is an undertaking which breeds wisdom with wisdom, elevates life with life and cultivates creation with creation. Teaching by means of dialogue is just based of this way of thinking. It has changed the aim and form of Chinese teaching .The dialogue in teaching is not the purest language exchange, but the spirit communication between the teacher and student. Teaching by means of dialogue in reading is democratic and equal, is communication and cooperative, is open and creative. It happens among teacher, student and text. There are some wrong with using dialogue .So teachers should make students learn to listen to text, other students and oneself. Although it still takes certain time before this means turns into common practice, yet it is in disputable that this carries the spirit of the new era and indicates the direction of the educational reform.
