Motivation is an important factor in academic achievement for high school students. Most of researchers think the effect of motivational factors on learning is throught several social-cognitve constructs, such as Self-Efficacy, Intrinsic Value, Test Anxiety, Achievement Goal Orientation, Attribution,etc. Multitudinous researchs are about the relation between single motivational construct and achievement in general learning,but students' motives are often situational, so this research choose Chinese and Mathematics, trying to survey traits and effort of high school students' Chinese and Maths motivational factors roundly.By group testing throught questionnaire and SPSS, this research find the result as follows:① Throught Within-Domain correlations,motivational constructs can be separated into two sorts: Self-Efficacy, Intrinsic Value,Task Orientation,Self-enhancing ego orientation,Attribution succeed to ability and Attribution succeed to effort are promting learning motives; otherwise, Test Anxiety,Self-defeating ego orientation and Attribution failure to ability are depressing learning motives.② Between-Domain correlation: Self-efficacy and Intrinsic value are higher situational construct. Goal orientation and Casual attibutional are lower situational construct.③ Self-Efficacy and Intrinsic Value have significant effects on academic achievement. Motivational effects on maths achievement are higher than that on Chinese achievement.④ High school students' learning motivation goes to fall throught grade increase. Students majored in arts are more reasonable in motivational constructs on Chinese, and students in science have stronger motivational intension on Maths.Girls' learning motives in Chinese are higher than boys' among senior high school students.Decreasing on academic motivation and imbalance subject development of senior high school students go against diathesis educational goal. To make high school students develop comprehensively, we can enhance their Value and Efficacy of Subject, relieve their Ability Anxiety, or reduce achievement competition.
