As another new round of subject reform advances ,the essential conceptof the new subject has been accepted and used by most teachers in class.Improving the students' thorough and harmonious development , buildingthe students' spirit of science and humanist ,cultivating the students' ability ofcreating and practicing have already become the main target of educationreform and a standard for judging the effect of the teaching in class. Toexplore the efficient method with the new ideas of teaching is the noble taskof every teaching faculty. Math carries on a very important task as a basicnatural science subject. How to put the developed ideas into practice and howto improve the quality of teaching have been the problems that the teachershave to think about carefully. To achieve the aims mentioned above , I havedone some research on the interactive teaching model and basic stepsguided by the new concept of the new subject reform, basing on further studyon the ancestor's teaching model and combining the essential concept of thenew subject and the specific characteristic of math.My study is based on the British scholar's teacher-student interactionmodel and Cha Youliang's "communication and interaction" model ,which isin the background of the new round of subject reform and new ideas ofsubject reform. The aim is to explore more efficient method of teachingguided by the new concept of the subject reform ,especially the interactiveteaching model and basic steps in class.The study has the following results :1.The interactive teaching guided by the concept of the new subject cannot only raise the scores of the students 'math exam but also arouse theinterest of learning math. Secondly, it can cultivate the students' ability ofcreating and practicing. Thirdly, it can improve the harmonious developmentof both the students' recognition and feeling. Fourthly, it can build up thestudents' spirit of science and humanist to make it true that the quality andeffect are better. In the end, the students are able to improve completely,harmoniously, the wholly and singly. 2. The interactive teaching guided by the new concept of the subjectbenefits the teachers' professional development and the ability of theteachers' dealing with the incidents happened in class . Throughout theinteractive activities of teaching and learning in class, teachers do their bestto make students be active and subjective. The students can find questionsand try to solve them by themselves , with the help of the teachers' arousingand leading.Furthermore, the interactive teaching research guided by the newconcept of the subject shows :the effective class must have the followingappearances : (1)Have the students "investigate" more.(2) Have the students"think" more.(3)Have the students "try" more . (4)Have the students"operate" more.(5)Have the students "express" more.(6)Have the students"discuss" more.(7)Have the students "question" more.(8) Have the students"imagine" more.(9)Have the students "differentiate". Teachers should trytheir best to strengthen the students' sense of subjectivity and active exploringspirit in class. On the other hand ,teachers should not only deepen thestudents' thinking but also widen the students' active studying fields so thatevery student will take part in the knowledge building, thinking, exploringand discovering activities.Of course, my research still has something imperfect. I will do furtherstudy in my teaching in the future so that our teaching will be able to berealistic to the students' lifelong-time development.
