Frustration refers to the mood state that the personal motive can't realize and theneed of individual can't meet while meeting the obstacle or intervene during engagingin the purposeful activity. The frustration sense refers to the psychological conditionand emotion reaction after one's own motive activity is hindered, its essence is a kindof subjective feel and experiences, namely whether the party is baffled, not dependingon the onlooker's surmise and inference , but lying on the consciousness, appraisaland feel of the relationship among party's own motive , goal and result. That is tosay , the frustration sense relates to party's consciousness degree to thefrustration . The more clearly party's cognition of frustration is , the more strongerthe reaction of frustration is;on the contrary, the frustration of reaction is the fainter. Frustration education is the education of frustration sense or the frustration viewwith the characteristics of guidance , permeability , practicality and protracted naturefrom an essence aspect , its purpose is to let students understand through educationthat encountering frustration is a kind of life normality, the correct attitude of theparty should face in calm and overcome the frustration actively. The basic task offrustration education is that at first, the students' cognitive ability of frustration shouldbe improved, knowing and treating all sorts of frustration correctly;Second, theability of treating and dealing with frustration positively should be improved in orderto reduce or avoid the negative influence that the frustration implicates as much aspossible;third, make students learn to use the mechanism of psychology defensecorrectly , develop and improve the psychological regulation ability that they dealwith the frustration. Frustration education of the middle school students genesises the demand for tworespects of theory and reality. By the theory, at first, the frustration has duality, onone hand, the encouraging function of frustration can make people exercise fromit ,and form indomitable will quality;on the other hand, the negative influence offrustration can make people's psychological unbalance, and dampen people's activityof living and work. The dual character of frustration function is relative to differentcognition and attitude of frustration of people. Strong-willed person is indomitable;the weak-willed person breaks down under pressure. This strong will does notpossess innately , it need to be acquired annealed . This relies on frustrationeducation just to a great extent. Secondly , encountering frustration is a kind ofnormal condition, life is complicated, the affairs of human life are hard to predict, thefrustration is unavoidable. So it is necessary for us to face the frustration activelyand bravely. In terms of realistic respect, our country is in the period oftransition. The social contradiction is intricate, Many value ideas run foul of eachother , the books which advocate the non-rational thoughts such as the violence in theall corners of the country etc. flood in the market, there is the corruptionphenomenon of seeking private gain at public expense without cease. And there is agreat deal of difference between the middle school student's psychological ability tobear and the complicated social reality . Due to the Characteristic of age, the middleschool students have distinct psychological characteristics different from the adult,such as turbulence before autumn, carelessness of activity, emotion of behaviour,rising of motivation, self-attention of consciousness, interest in new knowledge andso on. In the face of complicated social reality, the children of this age even bearingthe pressure greatly more than the adult, will often meet the frustration from studying ,associating , emotion ,etc. of various aspects . Generally speaking, the key highschool student will bear the spiritual pressure more greatly than students of generalhigh school. Since the society can't create the space of " vacuum " for student ,students should learn how to tackle this complicated society then, and strengthen theirpsychological bearing ability and adaptive ability.The frustration education of middle school students should insist on the principle ofcombination of permeation and concentration education, education and self-education,improving cognition and practical exercise, school, family and social education, andtake the concrete methods and measures of education of frustrating cognition ,arduouscondition, the ability of anti-frustration and self-confidence from cognition, feeling,will and behavior.The frustration education of middle school students is a long-term arduouspainstaking system engineering, there is much work to do no matter in theory or onpractice. This work requires us to renew the ideas of education, correct educationalidea in future work. The various kinds of educational activities should be organizedand arranged seriously from the world's point of view with the future sight accordingto the standards of modern education. The frustration is carried out with themulti-level , multi-form , many ways in order to make students become the quality,physically and mentally healthy useful talents with extraordinary ability...
