In recent years,mental health education for adolescents has increasingly become an important concern for families,societies,and countries.In particular,it effectively guides young people to face life with a correct and positive attitude and frustrations encountered in the learning process.In the current education system in China,high school students are in the critical period of cultivating correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.The first grade is the transition period between junior high school and high school.It needs to adapt to the new learning in high school,learning objectives,learning methods.There is a large adjustment in the time of study,as well as in the teaching process of teachers.For this reason,students in Grade one will face more potential for setbacks.If high school students fail to develop timely acceptance of frustration,facing the correct path of setbacks,frustration,and frustration,it will cause negative expressions such as being tired of study,refusing to communicate with classmates,parents,and teachers.This paper investigates the frustration experience of students in Grade 1 and Grade 2 students from Shihezi No.1 Middle School and No.2 Middle School,and investigates the current state of frustration education among teachers and parents of senior high school students in order to propose the optimal countermeasures for frustration education and improve the frustration tolerance of Grade 1 students.force.This paper starts with the current situation of high school students dealing with frustration and combines the relevant theories of frustration education to compile questionnaires and interview outlines.Questionnaire surveys were conducted on high school and high school students’ teachers and parents.Through investigations and analysis of students,parents,and teachers,the sources of frustration and the basic situation of frustration education for high school students are summarized,and the problems and causes of frustration education for high school students are analyzed.The main issues are discussed in two aspects.Is the individual’s own problems;the other is influenced by external factors,including parents,schools,and society.In the last part of the article,based on the problems existing in the frustration education of high school students,we propose targeted measures to strengthen the frustration education for high school students,and put forward more reasonable countermeasures from the perspectives of students themselves,parents,schools,and society.
