It is significant to study teacher educational policy .because it's one of important factors to teacher's professional development. Nowdays most of policy research believe that teacher educational policy is one part of educational policy. But we should realize the interaction with practice and teacher educational policy, so that it can provide different visual angle of theory and methodology.At first, the paper construct the foundation of research, which are the theories of practice and teacher education. After having analyzed the theories of Aristotle, Karl Marx and Pierre Boureieau, the paper expatiated on the practice theory from aspects of the practice philosophy and the practice sociology, and practice theory is the foundation of teacher educational policy.The conception of the teacher educational policy is based on the discussing of commonality policy and education policy. And the author have concluded that what can affect the establishment of teacher educational policy.That is to say, unscrambling the teacher educational policy text is analyze the relationship between teacher educational policy and practice. The third part of the paper have analyzed the policy of teacher planting, the policy of teacher qualification and the policy of teacher training, and have found out what factors affect the policy of teacher education and how the teacher educational policy impact the teachers professional living.Reflexive is basilic concept in practice theory. Based on the reflection on the process of investigating the teacher educational policy, the last chapter of the paper provided some suggestions to the research of teacher educational policy and teachers professional living, and all of these studies' re-reflection.
