| The Professional development of Teachers is one of contemporary educational reform central subjects .It is also the basic way to solve educational problems.Especially, in the process of new curriculum implements, the teacher is recognized the key aspect of the new curriculum. That reforming responded many questions which must be relied on the teacher to solve personally .The teacher individual must become the researcher of his movement which has become the inevitable trend.At present, the teaching reflection which the teacher carries on independently is the prime way to promote the teacher professional development .It has already approved by the majority of researchers and the teachers. It has the important value in theory and practice.The author utilized the questionnaire survey procedure, the interview, the document analysis method and the case analytic method to summarize present situation of high school biology teacher teaching reflection in our city and then discovered many questions, like the most teacher's professional development goals were excessively low, independent teaching reflection consciousness was insufficient, the reflection way and the method were unitary.This study carries on the theory to the teacher's teaching reflection's way and the method to comb. The teaching reflection's way includes: Individual carries on alone teaching reflection; Teaching reflection which needs to cooperate with other teachers. The method of teaching reflection includes: The journal keeping,the case analysis,the theoretical study,observes and emulates mutually,criticalness commentary and micro standard teaching practice. Based on this and proposes some suggestions according to our city's high school biology teacher's teaching reflection practice. First, establish the theoretical study plan and changes the teachers'teaching idea. Second, enhance lifelong studies and the professional development consciousness. Third, work out the program of teacher individual professional development and guarantees the self-reflection regularization and systematization. Fourth, thread up the teaching actuality or the case, cooperate and communicate with other teachers. Fifth, establish the teaching file, and carry on the self-appraisal. |
