Status Of Adult Education, Problems And Countermeasures

In the fast developing in the society today, adult-education developing is play important role to deal with deficiencies of people with ability in the town of small or middle size. The significant survey, analyses and problem-solving have to be dong to the situation of adult education developing in order that solving contravention between the situation of adult education developing and the needs of social developing. This research in GeJiu Town of YunNan province, on the basic of survey, uncover multi-management, people who do things on their own way, the resource to be separated, devotion not being enough, the condition of teaching bad, and the government did not do enough in playing as a whole, coordination and supervision. This paper emphasis that the role of government of supervision and administration in Gejiu town, and to establish an organization which has high authority in making overall plan and take all factors into cooperation, and to set up developing mechanisms in a coordination system of "training, examinations, application, and employment condition", to unify resources, develop various way associating with running schools, so as to improve adult education developing suggestion and countermeasure.
