Information network and economy globalization bring life rhythm and style great change, requests people to own well health status, put forward austere challenge to our country reality education, call people to concern Health Education. As an main part of integrity education process, to take health as a purpose, through designed, organizational, systematic society activity and education activity, Health Education is a process that urge people to consciously adopt these sanative behavior and life style, remove or ease unhealthful dangerous factors, prevent disease, improve health status and life quality. As part of school teaching, P.E. teaching inevitably undertake the responsibility to put in practice Health Education.This research's theory foundation is production of health and health education. In this paper, by using research approaches, such as literature data method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematic statistic method, logic analytical method, comparative method, etc., spot check some students and P.E. teachers several universities in Inner Mongolia, and analysis the relation of health education and P.E. teaching, college students' understanding actuality of health education in Inner Mongolia, status and attentive Problem of prosecution health education in P.E. teaching for university P.E. teacher in Inner Mongolia, thereby put forward prosecution strategy of health education in P.E. teaching. Conclusions are as follows:1. Under the great environment of education for all-round development, health education be imperative under the situation. Health Education and P.E. teaching is high related. In P.E. teaching, emphasizing the thought of health education can better incarnate the essence of Physical Education. And health education can be more vividly, concretely and effectively put up through Physical Education. and the contents of Health Education completely incarnate P.E. teaching.2. College student in Inner Mongolia widely regard health education, and hope that health education can be put in practice for them. It shows that in P.E. teaching implement health education is feasible. But at present students know inadequate to health education.3. In Inner Mongolia, for university P.E. teachers understanding health education are deeper than students', but it is still not enough just as we wish. In this way, it will influence the result of which the teacher implements health education to students. Some teachers have carried on health education to students. They mostly carry on health education in P.E. teaching through some ways to choose right teaching content, teaching method, teaching organized form, such as health education course, playtime health care gym, special course of lectures,sounding board, etc.4. In P.E. teaching, implement health education be restricted by subjective and object- -ive factors. The factors that effected on health education to put in practice include: teacher's self-characters, education idea, teaching attitude, teaching content and methods, outlay devotion, student's character, field and equipment, etc.5. In university P.E. teaching, countermeasures of implementing health education most- -ly include: strengthen the understanding of health education,improve teacher's character through training, strengthen teaching related content of health education in P.E. theories course, use right teaching method to develop various health education activities, strengthen school, family, and society of health build together, recognition for evaluating health educa- -tion work.
