By the methods of literature, visiting, questionnaire, compare and statistics,this paper has made an analysis on the curriculum status quo of RE. specialty of normal academies in Gansu Province. It is concluded that there is a great gap between Gansu province and other provinces of Chain and fremdness in curriculum setup. From the RE. status quo of the middle school of Gansu Province, we found out the existent problems; from the current of reform and development of middle school RE. course of the whole country, we have found out the problems that should be adverted in the curriculum reform process of RE. specialty of normal academies of Gansu Province; from the curriculum status quo of RE. specialty of normal academies of Gansu Province, we have found out the sticking point of curriculum, the stand of the curriculum reform. On the basis of the special status quo of geography, culture, education of Gansu Province, we put forward the suggestions and countermeasures of the curriculum reform.
