Study Of Social Stratification In The Context Of The Concept Of Youth Employment

This thesis includes five chapters. The first chapter introduces the job-choosing intention of the youth in the background of social classification, describes the classical Marxist writers and the fruits of the study in this field, and puts the content and study method of this thesis. Second, try to review the main characters of the social classification from the period that P.R.China was founded to reform and opening up. Show the dividing process after the reform and analyze the social and economical change at the same time. Third, resort the method of interviewing to collect materials and study the youth's opinion to the social classification. Fourth, with the data of investigation questionnaires, display the effects of the social classification to the youth's job-choosing intention. Five, this thesis propose to estimate the classification in China and look for the new ways and opinions to promote the youth obtaining employment.
