Backward Areas Of Rural Compulsory Education Funds Management System Optimized

The problem of the great shortage of compulsory education outlay in rural areas, especially in poor rural areas, is always the bottleneck restricting rural compulsory education development. It seriously impacts the development of the rural compulsory education. In order to solve the problem, many researches and suggestions have been made by Chinese scholars and experts. And Chinese government has adopted some measures, but all of these efforts did not result in the expected results. The reason why it did not work is that the suggestions and the measures made have not hit the point. In order to solve the problem, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the reasons of the shortage of the compulsory education outlay in poor rural areas and to bring forward feasible measures.Based on the analysis of current situation of compulsory education outlay in poor rural areas, this paper brings forward the problem. With the specimen of the school that I had worked for and the county it located in, this paper analyses the situation and characters of the income and expenses of compulsory education outlay in our poor rural areas. It also analyses the extent and origin of the shortage. Through above analysis, this paper gives suggestions and measures to solve the problem.
