In recent years, China is accelerating urbanization process. Under this condition, a large number of farmers come to city to which form a special social group — peasant workers, and "female-peasant workers" which has become an important part of them. The living conditions of "female-peasant workers" are increasingly attracted the concern of the community. Surveys have shown that the status of "female-peasant workers", especially in literacy, education awareness, is very worried This is have great relationships to the social policy, urban social security, work units and individuals in a family environment, gender awareness and the impact of China's traditional thinking. To enhance the education awareness of "female-peasant workers", we could through education to enable them to have a better development prospects, we could from the start of the factors that affect their education awareness and take corresponding measures to create a favorable external environment for the development of "female-peasant workers". This is not just female-peasant workers' development needs as well as our further improve women's education.
