Personalized instruction is up-to-date a very active research area, greatly pushing forward the development of education & teaching practices in primary middle school. It accords with Vygotsky's Approaching Expanding Area Thoery. It not only faces whole students,but also faces single student,laying stress on teaching students in accordance with their apptitude.It is basic meamure to carry out quality education.Studying our research ,we find that it is short of study on how to promote students' learning adaptive ability through coordinating growth of influencing factors. With them,therefore,the topic is very valuble both in theories and practices.The basic research process of this topic is first through ahead-time AAT,analyze and classify problems influencing learning adaptive ability and psychological health existed in both class level and students' individual level.,work out its regular pattern, based on the discovered divergence in indicators of learning attitude,learn environment and physical & psychological health,work out different education and learning measures in all 12 respectives,which are used to train teachers purposely for applying and permeating them in the class teaching process.Hyperthesis is that substantial problems of the students should be divided into active and passive aspects,strenthenthized methods are used to active aspects of problems while personalized adjustment measures are used to the passive aspects of problems .At the same time focusing on the problems of the class, we carry out the clarification teaching model of "guide students self-congnition,self-clarification,meet the requirements...
