The Principal Specialization Of The Tacit Knowledge Base

Based on reviewing the development stages of the principal professionalization and their implicit knowledge, this paper aims to analyze what the structure of the principals' professional knowledge is and how their implicit knowledge is changed into explicit knowledge. The paper analyzes the constitution of implicit and explicit knowledge, arid found that the implicit knowledge is an important factor for principals to construct their knowledge system in professionalizing development. In the end the paper puts forward a model for changing the principals' implicit knowledge into explicit knowledge.Part one: the principals' knowledge structure in professionalizing. A consummate knowledge structure is a base for the principals' professionalizing development, and without this foundation, it is hard for principals to achieve their professionalizing aims, and it also finds out that the implicit and explicit knowledge are made of this foundation. Part two: the constitution of implicit knowledge and explicit knowledge .Part three: putting forward the model for changing the implicit knowledge into explicit knowledge.The principals professionalizing development should be viewed as a continued process, and the constitution of their knowledge can be viewed differently on various perspectives. This paper analyzes the principals' knowledge structure in point of knowledge theory only, and try to find out what the implicit knowledge is and how it changes into explicit knowledge .Being principals, the main task for them is to have students grown healthily and make the school developed smoothly, and the two aims can be achieved with the consummating of their knowledge structure.
