At present, knowledge education is facing a lot of criticisms. In the author's opinion, it is too one-sided to put all the blame on knowledge education itself. Knowledge education was reduced to "knowledge acceptance" and "knowledge inculcation", which is resulted more from the misunderstanding of knowledge than from the overevaluation of it. It is also a result of the ignorance of personal knowledge. So we can start from the knowledge in education and analyze the formation of students' personal knowledge. In this way maybe we can find a way for pulling knowledge education out of trouble. This thesis can be divided into three parts: The part one explored the manifestation and reason of the absence of personal knowledge in present knowledge education. The second part analyzed the definition, characteristics and meaning of personal knowledge. The third part explored the mechanism and condition of the formation of personal knowledge. Basing on this, it tried to find a way out for knowledge education. The main viewpoints of this thesis are as following:1 .The main manifestations of the absence of personal knowledge in present knowledge education are these three points: The impersonalization of knowledge, the incompleteness of personal knowledge system, the lack of exchange and communication between teachers and students in the course of teaching. The main reason falls on people's coincidence method of knowledge and the border-man hypothesis of the students' roles.2.The acquisition of knowledge requires the participation of individuals and the life of knowledge lies in its combination with individuals. Personal knowledge is just a manifestation of the life of knowledge. It possesses many characteristics such as personalization, practicality and dynamic generation, etc. And it contains two parts: Explicit knowledge and implicit knowledge. On the one hand, individuals can obtainexplicit knowledge by studying other people's achievement; on the other hand, individuals can obtain implicit knowledge by personal practice and experience. These two kinds of knowledge are interchangeable.3.The process of education is just a process of the generation of the students' personal knowledge, which includes two closely combined aspects: The implicitization of explicit knowledge and the explicitization of implicit knowledge, hi the former aspect, students use other people's achievement and change it into personal capability and quality; in the latter aspect, students accumulate experience in everyday practice and change into explicit knowledge with the help of language system.4.The generation of students' personal knowledge is showed through a series of activities such as the practice and association with others. In practice, students can obtain direct experience and change it into knowledge by introspection; on the other side, students can use what they learned in practice and transform it into his quality. So in his association with people, they can acquire the achievement of human being and share implicit knowledge with others simultaneously. The organizational learning is a quite efficient form of education.
