Nowadays, the phenomenon of some student's study-badness of ideology politics lessons in high school have become one of difficult problems to persecute subject-teaching. Reasons of resulting in such status are complicated. Thereinto, student's negative value judgment of ideology and politics lessons is deep prime matter. Meeting needs of development of students and society is a root way for clearing student's negative value judgment of ideology politics lessons up, especially needs of student's development. Base on such idea. Author aim to questions in teaching, own viewpoint and attitude were brought forward in the thesis about contact of study-badness and negative value judgment through study ,according to springboard of needs of student's principal parts and masterstroke of connection of subject and object.Thesis's core concept is negative value judgment of ideology politics lessons. Some concepts are relation with it, such as value, value of ideology politics lessons, value judgment, negative value judgment of ideology politics lessons, study-badness and study -badness of ideology politics lessons .etc. Definiens of these concepts are thesis's logistic premises and foundation to further analyse influence of negative value judgment to study of ideology politics lessons, cause of negative value judgment formation and clearing it up.Student's value judgment of ideology politics lessons is positive correlation to student's study-achievement. Value judgment influence student's learning interest and attitude, study-action of student more. They decide what they want to do and how to do by comparing and choosing alongside value judgment. Positive correlation of negative value judgment and student's learning interest and attitude. Negative value judgment is an important origin to bring on some student's study-badness. Studying counteractive of negative value judgment to study-action is preparing to further analyse and settle the problem.Now that negative value judgment of ideology and politics lessons and student's study-badness is correlation, analyze causation of inducing negative value judgment of ideology and politics lessons is logistic necessity .and it is an important precondition to clear it up, too. Facts of deciding and influencing student's negative value judgment are many. For example, variety of society field and utilitarian course is external matter, student's ego-lack is principal body reason and so forth.Curriculum's essence value is that object satisfy needs of subject. Realization of curriculum value is a process that the supply is to meet the demand of development of student and society. Clearing up negative value judgment of ideology and politics lessons is so that. This process not only must have a blazing way in the tropism of course of student's needs, carrying on living-curriculum, guarantee of democratic teaching and multivariate evaluation, but also must have edification on teacher's personality which the good, the beautiful, the true be united and mentality preparative of moral demand.
