Taekwondo is a fighting event which is both old and young. This event is worldwide famous for leg techniques and assisted with flexible hand techniques. Among the numerous leg techniques, the most common technical motion is roundhouse kick, because among the enormous technical movements, the roundhouse kick is characteristic of simple but direct, easy to attack but difficult to defend, moreover, this technical movement is of formidable force. In terms of these parameters of the superiority or the inferiority of the technical movements, the kick power, the kick velocity, the kick range and the kick bursting power, all these indicate the advantages of the roundhouse kick.The reasonable roundhouse kick technical movements require the athletes who shift the supporting leg and the attacking leg to coordinate the swaying of the upper limb and the winding and the stretching of the lower limb, which will quickly magnify the power and the velocity of the related muscle group to the attacking leg when they shrink. The following step of the supporting leg and the second swaying of the upper limb are the important link to increase the velocity of the attacking leg, and the swaying of the upper limb requires the second bursting power of the waist. While the shifting of the velocity of the upper and lower limb is also by this central link of waist, which is enough to prove the importance of the waist in light of the whole technical movement, and also enough to prove that reasonable strengths of the waist muscles are the crucial link to guarantee the successful accomplishment of the whole technical movement.So meticulous and reasonable analyses to the rational shifting and swaying range and velocity of both the upper limb, waist and lower limb can enhance our intrinsic cognition to roundhouse kick technical movement in Taekwondo, which can provide reliable evidence to upgrade it.However, by previous analysis of the related documental references on Taekwondo roundhouse kick technical movement, we found that most researchers paid close attention to the area of biophysics and biochemistry, but few ones employed biomechanics to research the roundhouse kick technical movement. This essay will analyses it in terms of dynamics and athletics by three—dimensional photography and "Fighting Event—related Group Training Testing Machine". The parameters of athletics analyses are: shifting, link velocity, link angles and angle acceleration and so on. The dynamics parameters are: hitting power, hitting bursting power.This essay mainly analyzes the roundhouse kick by means of athletics and assisted with dynamics. From the overall analyses to roundhouse kick and from a thorough require into its internal rules, we can improve our skills, guide teaching and training, furthermore, it can provide references for further research.It is by the following ways that this essay inquires -collecting materials, investigating and visiting, three—dimensional photography. In the course of investigation, first of all, I get the technical index of every part of the body from three—dimensional cubic photography and. Fighting Event—related Group Training Testing Machine, then I analyze the technical movement partly and wholly, so as to reveal the variable rules of all parts of body in Taekwondo roundhouse kick.The investigation results indicate:1. The proper working order of muscle group is an important prerequisite to improve its working efficiency and also the important guarantee to improve its speed. All the muscles must work according to the order that the big ones bring along the small ones, the angles of all links of body are in a reasonable area.2. The hip is the pivot of both the upper limb and the lower limb. The second swaying of upper limb, crossing and shifting of two legs are indispensable to hip.3. Speed, strength and bursting power. are all linearly related with the superiority or the inferiority of this technical movement.4. Accelerating the velocity of attacking leg and shortening the times of landing have great impact on Taekwondo athletes.
