Purpose of study:From the point of view of kinematics combined with exercise associated muscle EMG of men’ turned back kick points stage’s analysis and comparison, the paper detected outstanding athletes turned back leg biomechanical characteristics, and explored the difference between elite athletes and normal athletes biomechanical characteristics. It summed up the high quality complete the action law of motion and the technical characteristics, and further improved and enhanced athletes turned back kick movement technical level through the contrast analysis, so as to establish a standard action model.Research methods:The multifunctional measuring force target, Kistler 3-D measuring force platform, wireless telemetering electromyography system, vicon test system, of six elite level athletes and six general level athletes were turned back kick movement synchronization test, from the attack time,crackdown, displacement of center of gravity, the fight against leg joint angle, trunk rotation, shoulder line speed and ground reaction forces and fight leg joint line speed index comparative biomechanical study of male athletes of different levels. two by the trial age, height, weight, no significant difference.Research results:1.Sanda turned back leg relative crackdown, the experimental group of elite athletes is about 3.04 KG. After independent samples T test showed significant differences in hip. Combat phase athletes in the experimental group turned swinging leg action in combating stage of hip,knee and ankle joint line peak velocity are about 1.66m/s, 5.63m/s,10.63m/s. Control group athletes turned back leg movements in attack stage of hip, knee and ankle joint line peak velocity are about 1.59m/s,5.04m/s, 8.22m/s. Through the independent sample t-test, ankle joint line peak velocity showed significant difference. In the experimental group,the peak of the speed of the shoulder joint and the support leg at the turn stage were 2.78 m/s, 2.96m/s and so on. Compared with the control group,the sports personnel were 2.46m/s, 2.73m/s or so, there was no significant difference between the two groups of independent samples T test. After tic phase in the experimental group of elite athletes turnedback kick against leg and shoulder joints and supporting legs shoulder line peak velocity are about 3.06m/s 3.16m/s. Control group turned back leg action blow leg and shoulder joints and supporting legs shoulder line peak velocity were about 2.28m/s 2.60m/s. The independent samples T test showed significant difference. After the independent sample T test, in the turn phase of the experimental group and the control group of outstanding athletes in general athletes were significantly different.7. In turn stage of elite athletes and normal athletes fight leg rectus femoris had significant difference, turn stage group, the excellent muscle contribution of experimental group was higher in is supporting legs of rectus femoris, against the leg of the rectus femoris, supporting leg biceps femoris and control muscle group contribution larger for supporting legs of the rectus femoris, a supporting leg gluteus maximus,support legs and biceps femoris. In tic phase of elite athletes and normal athletes fight leg gluteus maximus had significant difference, the muscle with degree larger is supporting legs of rectus femoris, against the leg of external oblique muscle of abdomen, fight leg gluteus maximus,supporting legs latissimus dorsi, athletes in general support leg of the rectus femoris, support legs dorsal latissimus dorsi, against the leg of external oblique muscle of abdomen, hit the thigh biceps. Assault group of outstanding athletes dorsal latissimus dorsi and normal athletes have significant difference, the stage muscle elite athletes with degree larger for legs blow biceps femoris, support legs of rectus femoris, legs blow rectus abdominis, against the leg of external oblique muscle of abdomen,legs blow erector spinae, general athletes muscle contribution to a greater degree of supporting legs of the rectus femoris, blow thigh biceps,blow leg of the erector spinae muscles and legs blow latissimus dorsi blow.
