With the enforcement of New Curriculum Standards and the extending promotion of the reforms of basic education, the forms and contents of Chinese classroom teaching are changing constantly. How can we adjust and optimize teaching speech to adapt to the rising teaching demands of the reforms in basic education becomes the most urgent problem of teaching theory. Surveying the present situation on the research of Chinese teaching speech, there's still much more developing space in the research of the concrete theory used in class. The author adopts the theory of speech acts to define and analyze Chinese classroom teaching speech acts, and tries to construct new standard of teachers' shoptalk to improve the effectiveness of the classroom teaching speech acts. The thesis is divided into three parts.The first part mainly makes a theoretical discussion about the teachers' teaching speech acts in Chinese class. Combining with the achievements of teaching speech researches domestic and abroad, the thesis sums up the connotations, features, functions and types of teaching speech acts. Furthermore, we analyze its peculiarity according to the characteristics of Chinese curriculum. Chinese, as our mother tongue, demands that the teachers only make use of creative teaching speech acts that they can achieve the teaching effect of "perlocutionary acts".The second part begins with describing the current situation of Chinese teachers' classroom speech acts in middle school. Basing on the conversational implication and illocutionary force theory of pragmatics, we conclude the report, directive, questioning, exemplification, verbalization, slip of the tongue and remedy of speech acts in Chinese classroom teaching. We make every effort to find out the causes and solutions of the general problem among them, so as to encourage teachers to use normative classroom speech, and to foster their conscious sense of shoptalk and good mind of classroom conversation. The third part searches the realizable pursuit of Chinese teachers' teaching speech acts combining with the idea of new curriculum. Chinese teachers' teaching speech acts should go out from the tradition of obeying books and catch unplanned messages. This will adequately arouse students' interest of thinking and discovery; from performing monologue to mutual dialogue, this will arouse students to ignite the spark of wisdom and establish harmonious relationship between teachers and students; from dull sermon to euphemistic verbal suggestion, this will arouse students' internal driving power in pursuit of knowledge, respect and development; from stereotypical expression to individuation, this will show teachers' particular understanding about text and life; from instrumental speech training to propagate the ethnic culture and the life value of "the truth, kindness and beauty".
