The academic discourse of educational administration is a kind of " vocabulary" or " grammar" which is used for the educational administrator to express academic thoughts. It emphasizes that through the specific language forms, the expression of academic thoughts should have its genre and form its own academic research rules. The ambiguity and disorder of the discourse make the academic thoughts distorted and the academic arguments useless. And it even influences the legal status of the Educational Administration. The research of academic discourse in educational administration can help to establish the normative system and outstand the academic legality; and help to standardize the academic work of the educational administrator and enchance the independence of themselves. According to the above explanation, this paper lances on the analysis of the discourse and tries to discuss and explain the constitutions, characteristics and problems of the academic discourse in educational administration from the perspective of the linguistics and propose some improved methods.The academic research of educational administration can be divided into three phases: research and attempt, reform and perfection, and development in diversified. Each phase has its own specific style of discourse. The academic discourse of educational administrationis a multidimensional concept which includes form, syntactics and pragmatics. Therefore, the analysis of it should be carried out from the above three concepts. Based on the linguistic and logical standards, the problems of the academic discourse in modern academic administration consist in the the indistinction of the connotation, the obscurity of the definition, the inappropriation of classification, the misuse of part of speech, the improper use of correlatives, the illogic of word order and the lack of pragmatic functions. The causes of all these problems are the mixed constitutions of the academic discourse of educational administration, the imperfection of academic research norms and the fickle attitudes of the academic researcher.In terms of the cognition of the above contents, the independent consciousness of educational administration should be enchanced; the different usage of professional and common discourse should be focused on; the neutral norms of educational administration should be perfected and the appropriate strategies of discourse expression should be explored.
