Improve The Effectiveness Of Higher Education Equipment Procurement

With the development of higher education,every institution of higher learning has been steadily increasing the funds of educational equipment.Each college and university should take it into a serious consideration, that is, how to manage them in order to purchase the products of best quality and of cheap price.However, this question is usually ignored by people in the process of buying reasonable and good educational equipment.This study undertakes a statistical analysis according to the present state of purchasing equipment in colleges and universities, in the hope of finding out the main influencial factors, and also tries to suggest some effective measures for improvement, just for the reference of the relevant departments.In the first stage of the study, we design many elaborate opinion polls and distribute them to more than 50 colleges and universities through various means, aiming at the leaders in charge of the educational equipment, equipment purchasing personnel, lab directors,teachers on the front. We also meet the relevant people so as to pick up the original statistics of the state of purchasing equipment. In the second stage, we use spss statistical software to make a scientific study and arrangement, outputting relevant charts.Through the analysis of charts, we come to the conclusion, that is, the main reason of influencing the benefit of purchasing educational equipment is unsuitable way of purchase, the imperfection of purchasing system, the make up and quality of purchasing personnel.To solve the above problem, the article puts forward some suggestions and measures.
